General Body Composition President OC CWG Delhi 2010, Mr Suresh Kalmadi, after consultation with the Group of Ministers, the Indonesian government and the IOC. It is responsible for completing the Functional Area (FA) plans and budgets submitted by the subcommittees and FAs and pass them on board. It is also responsible for day-to-day decisions and approvals to facilitate operation OC CWG Delhi 2010th It oversees the operation of the commissions.

* Subcommittees (OC CWG Delhi 2010's 23 subcommittees concerns FAs and advise the Executive on matters relating to planning and monitoring of each FA. Each committee has a President, Vice Convener, member secretary and members (Functional Experts).
